EquiPath Analytics was founded by two mothers of children with rare conditions who are also nurses, academics, and researchers. Combining professional expertise with lived experience, we conduct patient-centred research that amplifies the voices of patients and families, improves care, and helps create more equitable and effective pathways for people living with rare conditions.
